MEETUPS
†Please do not be late for meetups.50 cents charged per 10 mins late.

†Choa Chu Kang, Kranji, Yishun, Khatib, Yio Chu Kang and Ang Mo Kio (MRT STATIONS): Surcharge of $1 will be added.
†Meet ups at other location is subject to available chaperone and higher surcharge.
†Items sold are in good order when posted and any damage during transit of such delivery method will be at your risk.However, care will be taken to ensure that packing is sufficient to protect the items.
†Meetings will only be confirmed once payment is received.

POSTAGE
†Items will only be shipped out when payment is received.
†I will not be responsible for items lost or spoiled through postage.
†Will send an email to inform u after items are mailed out.
†Please allow 2-4 working days for me to have your item packed b4 mailing out (for those who opt for postage).
†Postage cost depends on the weight and item type, Registered posts can be arranged as well at your cost.

PAYMENT
†Via bank transfer.
†Concealed cash in post is not or acceptable.
†Concealed cash for meetups is at your own risk.
†Account no will be given thru email after orders are confirmed.
†All payment should be made within 2 days after order have been confirmed, after which the items will be released to the next interested buyer.

†Only upon confirmation of receipt of payment will items be posted or personal meetings arranged.
†There is only 1 time payment allowed.Installments are not acceptable for any orders.

BLACKLIST
†As this is a home based small industry,i will not be able to entertain customers who break their order confirmation and will be blacklisted from future orders.
